Welcome to Lifestyle Strides CIC’s “Mindfulness Strides” App (the “App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
1.1 You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
1.2 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any in-App instructions.
2.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your mobile device.
2.2 All content (text, graphics, images, logos, and software) belongs to Lifestyle Strides CIC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.1 You retain ownership of any data you enter (e.g. journal responses, profile information).
3.2 We collect and process your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 The App can integrate with third-party services (e.g. Strava). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5.1 When you tap “Rate Us,” you will be redirected to the App Store or Google Play store page for Mindfulness Strides.
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifestyle Strides CIC disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7.1 We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
