Q: I've never done structured exercise. Can I do this?

YES! This is designed for complete beginners. If you can walk to the shops, you can do this program. We start gentle and build gradually.

Q: What if I miss a Sunday?

Life happens! You can still do the self-guided walks and catch up. The digital course stays accessible throughout the 8 weeks.

Q: Do I need special shoes or equipment?

Just comfortable walking shoes you already own! Everything else (T-shirt, digital access, etc.) is provided.

Q: Can my teenager join for free too?

Yes! Anyone under 18 goes free with an adult. They get medals and prizes too.

Q: What if I can't keep up with the group?

We walk together as a group - no one gets left behind. This is about community, not competition. Everyone goes at their own pace.

Q: Is this connected to any religion?

No! We welcome all backgrounds. It's a health program open to everyone in the Indian community.

Q: Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We offer split payment: £9 now + £9 in Week 4. Just contact us after signing up.
