Mental Wellbeing & Mindful Movement Programme (Live Well Grant)

What it is: A 7-week CBT-based wellbeing programme blended with mindful movement — chair yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), guided relaxation, mindfulness walking and light cardio — delivered in a non-clinical community setting, with a celebration and review session to close.
Impact so far
- ~12–15 participants directly supported, with wider benefit through referrals and word of mouth
- Reduced stress and anxiety; increased confidence and stronger routines
- Stronger sense of social connection and belonging
- Strong engagement through warm, relationship-led delivery
