We've spent years running sessions with people in Greater Manchester — Feel Good Fridays, SMART Walking, Dance Move Groove, Lifestyle Leap — and that delivery experience is what shapes the way we work with organisations.

Lifestyle Strides CIC is a not-for-profit. When you work with us, your investment also funds wellbeing access for underserved communities across Greater Manchester and the UK.
