Hello, I'm Raji.

I founded Lifestyle Strides to make wellbeing simple, accessible and enjoyable — blending in-person community activities with digital support that fits into real life.

Whether you join us for a Feel Good Friday session, a SMART Walking group, or explore our digital pathways, you're part of a community that believes moving well, eating well, feeling well and connecting well changes everything.

Lifestyle Leap is our flagship pathway, helping people facing higher health risks and barriers to mainstream support reduce their risk of diabetes, heart disease and other lifestyle-related illness. Combining movement, culturally-aware nutrition, mental wellbeing and community, it's designed for sustainable change, not a short-term course.

75 participants supported · 23 diabetes cases prevented · 89% reported reduced stress.
