I founded Lifestyle Strides to make wellbeing simple, accessible and enjoyable — blending in-person community activities with digital support that fits into real life.

Lifestyle Leap
Lifestyle Leap is our flagship pathway, helping people facing higher health risks and barriers to mainstream support reduce their risk of diabetes, heart disease and other lifestyle-related illness. Combining movement, culturally-aware nutrition, mental wellbeing and community, it's designed for sustainable change, not a short-term course.
